  • Clinical Assessments

    $200 per 75-90 minute session

    (Anxiety-Depression-PTSD-ADHD and others)

    This is also the fee for the first initial session.

  • Individual Therapy

    $180 per 50-minute session

    Sessions can be longer and with more or less frequency if agreed upon mutually.

  • Family Therapy

    $200 per 75-minute

    Please note that for families’ minor children must be over 14 years of age.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    $180 for 1 individual 60 min session

    $200 for 75 minute for skills training session.

    This is 2 sessions per week for 24 weeks.

  • Fsa/Hsa Cards

    Both FSA/HSA cards work like debit cards, but only for qualified medical expenses. Some find therapy as an eligible expense. Both FSA/HSA accounts are pre-tax, there, by helping people save money.

    FSA (FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT)

    An FSA card is similar to debit card that allows you to access money from a flexible spending account. This is an account is usually set up by your employer alongside your health insurance, and you have the choice to have pre tax dollars from your paycheck go into it. Those funds can then be used to pay for some medical expenses including therapy.

     HSA (HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT

    This card is said to be a little more difficult to apply for but it can be worth it… in order to attain one you need to have a high deductible health plan (HDHP); this card is not connected to your employer

    Check with your FSA/HSA account to see whether therapy is covered.

Payments by credit card are made at the end of each therapy session.

  • On average, clients who are a great fit get to where they want to be in 30-40 weekly sessions before they transition to maintenance phase (meeting every other week, once a month, or once a quarter) or termination a.k.a graduating from therapy!

  • Please be advised that I require a 24 hour cancellation notice and your credit card will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment..
